I have completed a legal plug in on the website and all privacy policies etc should be there should already be there.

How Can I Return a Product?


If you are unhappy with your purchase/s for any reason please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel/s & we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

All enquiries are to be sent to david@bambooblooms.com with ‘Return request’ as the subject heading.


If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will offer you a refund, less the freight costs, if the following conditions are met:

Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the order.
The product/s are still in their original packaging, no damage. Products must be re-saleable, unused & still in original condition.
Please note: Return postage costs for ‘Change of Mind’ returns must be met by the buyer & under no circumstances will be paid for by Bamboo Blooms.

If product is returned in not new condition you will not be refunded and subsequent fees will be charged for the item to be returned back to you.

We cannot take responsibility for any lost, broken or stolen parcels not sent via Courier or Express post and/or extra insured up to the total value (overseas customers).
